After reviewing the accident details, we can arrange a suitable replacement vehicle based on your reasonable transport needs and available vehicles.
We will seek to recover the reasonable hire charges from the at-fault party or their insurer in accordance with the applicable hire and recovery agreement.

Our accident replacement car service supports eligible drivers who were not responsible for the accident and have a reasonable need for temporary transport. We assess the accident circumstances and, where approved, arrange a suitable available vehicle for the required period.
You may use the replacement vehicle while your own car is:

- The approved hire period and return date will depend on your individual circumstances and agreement terms.
